Ingredients:
2 large oranges (peeled and roughly chopped)
2 lemons (peeled and roughly chopped)
500ml coconut water
230g fresh ginger (chopped, skin on)
1 turmeric root (chopped, skin on)
1 tsp black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Method:
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth to remove the pulp.
Bottle the liquid and refrigerate.
