Ingredients:

  • 2 large oranges (peeled and roughly chopped)

  • 2 lemons (peeled and roughly chopped)

  • 500ml coconut water

  • 230g fresh ginger (chopped, skin on)

  • 1 turmeric root (chopped, skin on)

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper


Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth to remove the pulp.

  4. Bottle the liquid and refrigerate.
