Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh meadowsweet flowers (ensure they are pesticide-free)

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup honey


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meadowsweet Infusion:

  • In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

  • Remove from heat and add the meadowsweet flowers.

  • Cover and let steep for 30 minutes to an hour.

  1. Strain the Infusion:

  • Strain the meadowsweet flowers from the liquid using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

  1. Make the Syrup:

  • Return the infusion to the saucepan.

  • Add the honey and heat gently, stirring until fully dissolved.

  • Remove from heat and let cool.

  1. Store the Syrup:

  • Pour the syrup into a sterilized jar and store in the refrigerator.

  • Use within a month.
